As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Life Coach, I specialize in helping people optimize their overall health and wellness through personalized approaches to sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management. My breast cancer diagnosis in 2015 taught me firsthand how these foundational wellness pillars are essential for both recovery and long-term vitality.
